As a country, we were confronted with an indescribably painful situation. We didn’t witness the moment of the earthquake, but when we put ourselves in an earthquake victim’s shoes even for just a second, we have a lump in our throat. We can’t imagine the sorrow of our citizens who were affected by the earthquake even when it is hard to tolerate to think about it. In order to support them and numb their pain, we should help them regularly. Also, it is very important for us to protect our mental health especially during these tough times. In this article, we have written about how we can support Turkish earthquake victims and how to deal with the stress which this time has inflicted on us. Don’t forget that we can overcome everything together. It is time to support each other and be together as never before.
